What are your rights?

You have rights in order to keep control over your personal data. If you have a question or a problem with how we use your data, please contact us.

1. Guarantee of a fair and lawful processing

Your personal data are always processed for the legitimate purposes stated at point 4. They are collected and treated in a suitable, relevant and non-excessive manner, and are not kept longer than required for achieving the targeted aims.

Zinacor decides at its own initiative about the presence of the above-listed criteria.

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, namely in case of contesting the accuracy of your personal data, if your data have been unlawfully processed, if your data are required within the framework of a legal claim or for allowing Zinacor the time to check if you have validly exercised your right to erasure.

Moreover, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data. Zinacor shall stop the processing of your personal data unless it succeeds in proving that there are compelling legitimate reasons in favour of the processing, which prevail over your right to object.
